It is a class A pumper and is used as a rescue engine. It is Third due on all structure and Secone due on vehicle fires, and responds to vehicle crashes or other rescue type incidents

This truck carries 750 gallons of water and has a 1500 GPM Waterous pump. It is equipped with a 12,000 lbs. Winch mounted in the front bumper. It carries a full compliment of rescue equipment, including extraction tools, K12 saw, cribbing, ropes, and pulleys. Also carried on board are a full compliment of ground ladders, BLS medical equipment, and some spill confinement/leak mitigation equipment. When fully staffed it can seat six firefighters.
